Frustrating

I am so upset with this game....I have spent a lot of money on this (you can see my account)....I lost my troops and allies in the last crash....you can see that on your crash logs from yesterday. I had no other apps running since that is a condition of your app. How are you going to take care of this? I want credits back for the items I lost.
