Terrible customer care

Customer service give you nice but hollow words and phrases instead of proper compensation for lost resources. The game is full of bugs, you lose your expensively trained army in the middle of a crashed battle, already earned rewards get lost, messages dont show up, the game crashes regularly, etc. All they say is: pls apologize, we are working on it...LOL
Customer Service is a big crap!
