Very fun game but has way to many bugs...!!!

Well-- Ive been playing this game for about a year now-- and it is very fun but it has two very important downfalls-- 1st they have to many bugs that they dont fix because they are more interested in making new levels and the second thing is that they dont refund your crowns that you purchase when their game takes them due to a bug! You just get condescending suggestions on what you need to do to update your software even though you are playing on several different brand new iPhone 6pluses iPads etc -- oh and by the way it automatically updates your software version as soon as you pull the game up.
Two of my friends I play with have had the same exact issue.
Am about to leave the game and make a complaint with Apple and the BBB.. Sad really.
